Carmelos & Sarahs long years of experiences in catering will offer a wide variation of World Cuisine to traditional Italian home cooking.

If you want a candle light sit down dinner or plan special event with friends & family, we are happy to arrange a perfect Culinary Experience tailored to your needs. Also we are spreading our international culinary kills in our fun Cooking Classes, which we hold in our show kitchen.

The Casa California has no official Restaurant. Therefore, occasionally, we prepare delicious dinner parties with fixed menus, which can be booked by request. For special diner parties you will have to make arrangements early enough to get your spot!

We also cater to special event parties at our Premises, which can be booked. Book ahead of time to secure your spot!

With great joy we offer our fun Cooking Classes with chef Carmelo & guest chefs.

Our international Culinary Skills will help you to expand your cooking horizon. We will bring to you new & exciting palettes of ingredients, flavors and cooking techniques for you to take home and mesmerize your friends.

And the fun is, we all have a diner gathering together with the prepared food, after class!
